Chef Lauren is one of the most exclusive and highly in-demand chefs in South Florida, East Hampton, New York, and Greenwich, Connecticut. As a young chef out of culinary school, Lauren earned her chops working in high-end restaurants and on yachts. By age twenty-six, she began her first business, a meal-prep and catering company focused on health-conscious eating and healing through food. Her business, Cook with Consciousness, gained the attention of some significant people, pioneers of industry located in the Palm Beach area. This was her entree into the world of private cooking, where she remains a sought after chef.
With twenty years of experience in the kitchen, it is not hard to believe why she is up-and-coming in her field even at such a young age. Lauren has a passion for food that is rivaled by few. This has driven her toward working with those who aspire to greatness in their personal and professional lives. Out of high school, she achieved two degrees at the top of her class from the world’s premier culinary institute, The Culinary Institute of America. Lauren is currently a student of The American College of Healthcare Sciences working on her Masters of Science in holistic nutrition. Her mission merges healthcare principles with culinary artistry to reshape the modern food landscape.
Lauren redefines what it means to eat healthy. Her strongest belief is that food is our greatest and most abundant source of medicine. A philosophy that proved true through the process of healing her chronic disease of the gut. After years of chronic stress working in an industry that promotes workaholism as a means to success, she could no longer ignore the toll work was taking on her physical and mental health. This pivot in her career birthed what she feels is her true calling. Lauren now helps others achieve the greatest health of their life with food that feels good and tastes even better.
Chef Lauren also shares her wisdom on food and health as co-host of the Two Many Cooks in the Kitchen podcast. A passion project she and her mom, also a seasoned chef, create together. It is their hope to make healthy eating more accessible for an even wider audience.

“Chef Lauren’s expertise and inventiveness in the kitchen has been a game changer for my family! It’s a huge relief that I can trust the meals she creates will not only taste as fantastic as they look (even the kiddo loves everything), but will be healthy, whole foods tailored to my dietary needs and restrictions. My gut health has been improving since having her magic in my kitchen as well. I cannot recommend Chef Lauren enough! 10/10.” can make all the difference.”
